Services
We generate highly selective and cost-competitive collectors for froth flotation and novel magnetic separation reagents. These are based on proprietary technologies not otherwise not traditionally offered to the mining sector.
Each Theia product can be constructed in a completely bespoke manner, optimally tailored to suit the exact orebody in question. One of Theia’s Unique Selling Points is that the components used in our formulations have been sourced and manufactured at lowest-cost to-date.
Importantly, manufacture and use of our products is sustainable, environmentally friendly, low-impact and non-toxic.
Theia designs and manufactures bespoke collectors and magnetic-separation reagents, formulated to the specific needs of our Mining Partners.
Our Next-Gen Collectors Will:
- Increase yield, and maximise flotation recovery relative to standard current best practice.
- Achieve maximal recovery via precise and selective binding to desirable ore components
- Not bind to ore components of little or no economic value.

- Increase yield, and maximise recovery via employment of magnetic assisted separation.
- Achieve maximal recovery via precise and selective binding to desirable ore components
- Not bind to ore components of little or no economic value.
How to Work with Theia Metals
With samples of your specific ore, provided to Theia, we will determine how to help you increase yield in two (2) potential ways.
- Test your ore with reagents from our current Next-Gen reagent inventory,
- Generate bespoke reagents optimised specifically for your ore
We envisage our business partnerships with mining clients will be multi-year partnerships as we progress from initial screening to commercial scale. Together we will progress through typical viability testing at metallurgical laboratory bench scale, through to pilot on site and commercial deployment. Through this process, Theia will scale-up reagent production to meet the annual tonnage required for global multi-year use.
Theia's Value-Added Approach
Our primary goal is to increase yield and profitability of mineral extraction at mines, initially in Australia and later, Globally. Our reagents are designed to increase yield above current best practice, whether that be via flotation or magnetic separation.
Theia's reagents will be designed, manufactured and sold at a competitive price relative to current flotation collectors. Theia will participate in the sharing (revenue share) of value specifically attributed to the differential upside through use of our next-gen reagents. In this way, Theia can continuously re-invest and develop applications of its proprietary technology to an expanding portfolio of target minerals, including critical minerals and REE minerals of strategic importance to Australia.
